We see patients at Providence Hospital, Evergreen Medical Center and in Citronelle by appointment. We strive to make sure that patient wait time is as brief as possible, but emergencies and delays do occur. If patients need to cancel appointments, we appreciate notification 24 hours in advance.

Office hours:
7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Information for Office Visits
When patients come for a first office visit, they should bring:
1. Copies of medical records from the referring physician
2. Medications
3. Insurance cards
4. Referral number or forms
5. Picture ID

Financial Policies
Mobile Heart Specialists participates in most health care plans and files all types of insurance. If referral authorization is required, please make sure the patient brings referral numbers or forms with them on the first office visit. Private pay patients are responsible for paying for services when they are given, but special arrangements may be made by contacting our business office manager. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.
